Josiah came to prepare a 4 course meal to celebrate our Engagement on 2/22/22. Party of 2 people. Before this date, we talked in detail for the menu course offerings and had menus printed out. The communication was very open and updated. It wasn’t hard to get an answer or confirmation on ideas and thoughts. When Josiah came we were impressed by the level of professionalism, attention to cooking detail and overall service & cleanup itself. For the preparation Josiah brought all fresh food and cooked everything from scratch. Quality fresh meats, seafood and sides. For the service each course was served in a very professional manner and explained what each offering is. For the actual food taste itself, we were impressed by how well everything tasted. Our menu was a green chili corn chowder, scallops, rib eye, filet mignon and tres leches for desert. The taste was excellent with tons of left overs. For the cleanup everything was left spotless. We appreciate the service and unique experience itself. It’s something we won’t forget and have framed the proposal dinner menu as a memory keepsake. All I can say is WOW!!! Chef Joe is truly one of the best. He is very passionate about his work, has flawless follow through and made sure that our event was perfect. He made everything so easy and stress-free from start to finish. If you need a caterer, this is your guy!!!! He is not only an amazing caterer, but an awesome human being and we WILL be contacting him for our events in the future! Also, his hand-crafted recipes were so delicious and he made sure to follow all of our specifications and added his own experience and recommendations to make sure the food was perfect. 11/10 we recommend! WOW what an amazing experience! I hired Chef Joe for my boyfriends birthday brunch and it was one for the books! Working with Chef Joe made the experience of putting this surprise together for my boyfriend so easy and fun! We had an incredible 3 course American/French style brunch! The food was made with great care and love .. it showed in the amazing presentation and through the many flavors he incorporated into our meal! Each dish was specially designed by the chef with all of my boyfriends favorite foods and flavors! He even made us a special Prickly Pear Syrup To go with our special chicken and waffle sandwich! I was so impressed on how amazing he was able to fuse two cultures and flavors for us! He came, he cooked for us, served us, chatted with us and cleaned up our kitchen like he was never there! We definitely will be hiring chef joe again!

Chef Joe was awesome! He came over and prepared a delicious 3 course meal for a wonderful date night for my wife and me. With Chef Joe you get amazing fine dining food and service right from the comfort of your own home — something that is particularly nice during these COVID times. We chose to hang out in the kitchen while he prepared the meal and really enjoyed the experience of watching and talking with him as he worked. He’s very personable and the whole experience was fantastic. We have already recommended Chef at Your Service to our friends and family and will definitely use them again in the future!

OH MY GAWD. Where do I even begin? First off, Chef Joe (Josiah), was SUPERB and THAT does not do him justice. He arrived promptly on time, had everything he needed and was very professional and personable. He presented our menus and began crafting his art. Our menu included Shrimp cocktail, wedged Cesar salad, flame grilled ribeye, flame grilled filet, blanched green beans, sauted shrimp, twice baked potato and a chocolate mousse for dessert, ALL MADE FRESH ON SITE AT MY HOUSE. NOTHING was pre made or frozen. He served us, joked with us and cleaned as if he'd never been there. I cannot thank you enough for making our night so incredibly special.

Chef Joe helped make our wedding anniversary the most amazing one yet. My husband and I both consider ourselves "foodies". We love to try new restaurants but also love to cook for ourselves at home. In the midst of a global pandemic we didn't feel comfortable going out to celebrate. Chef Joe worked with us to create an amazing menu, made 3 delicious courses, provided wonderful conversation, and left our kitchen in pristine condition. He even packed up the leftovers for us! And of course he followed CDC covid-19 guidelines. I would highly recommend Chef at Your Service, and hope to book again for Valentine's day.

I attended a dinner party in which Josiah made the most incredible meal. The food was fabulous, and beautifully and artistically plated. There are people who love what they do, and people who have a passion and a gifting in a talent. Chef Jo is absolutely the latter. His professional but personable attitude makes you feel like you're friends with with your favourite business owner and getting the very best service. I can't recommend him enough-- his food, his work ethic, his talent, and his menu options are all to be praised.

This an experience you must not pass up on! From the consult to the menu selection to the meal execution...... Chef at your service was the best choice for our staycation. Chef Jo was very pleasant and on point with helping us choose the best cuisine. Chef Erich was the icing on the cake! Erich was very professional and shared his cooking knowledge while he prepared our fabulous South American Cuisine. The food was melt in your mouth delicious! Busted our taste buds wide open!!! It was the perfect dinner to the beginning of our fabulous weekend. Definitely need to keep them on speed dial for any occasion!

My husband and I decided to hire a chef for our staycation. Best decision we ever made. We chose to have a b&b style breakfast, light lunch, and gourmet dinner. Joe worked with us to meticulously plan a day catered to our preferences and even included veggies from our home garden. The day was hands down the best food we have ever had. Dinner literally brought tears to my eyes. We will, without a doubt, be doing this again. I only wish we would have found Chef Joe years ago.

We hired Chef Jo for my mom’s 70th birthday dinner, and it was phenomenal! We did a 6 course tasting menu, and it was everything I hoped it would be (and MORE)! We booked a chef for my mothers 70th birthday party. The theme was 1960's american cooking. The chef custom developed the menu for my mother. Then arrived and made the entire menu from scratch onsite. Just wow!
We wanted to hold a small wedding at my home and I reached out to Chef Joe. The entire menu and services needed was in place within 20 minutes. Truly impressive to see someone so passionate about others.
